Day Seventy-three

      Okay, okay, I know snails don't really have eyes. It's just that those pokey things that they actually have creep me out. When we visited Germany a few years ago, I was amazed by the snails (among other things -- it's a pretty amazing place). German snails are HUGE and colorful. Our snails could take a few lessons from German snails. Just sayin'. 
​     The prompt for this painting came from a friend. Someone who is in the thick of things in the aftermath of Harvey, yet she has already ventured out to buy supplies to donate to others. She and her husband are lovely, giving, selfless people and I am so happy to know them. She also comes up with some pretty stellar art prompts. I hope that she enjoys the result of her idea!
